The Alexandra Gardens are an attractive location for wedding ceremonies. The rotunda is the main ceremony location within the gardens. It’s large enough to hold the entire wedding party and there is room outside the front for a large number of guests to view the ceremony. Photo opportunities include the ponds which are located right next to the rotunda.

The Band Rotunda offers a spectacular beachside wedding location for those who don’t want sand in their shoes. A large ceremony can be held by the side the of the rotunda, or if you have a small ceremony the rotunda can house this. It has a set of 15 steps taking you to the elevated viewing level which offers magnificent photo opportunites or the beach. The garden has a large lawn area to each side of the rotunda featuring large palm trees along with many other types of beach trees. Parking is available in an off-road beach car park about 100 metres from the rotunda.

The Brighton Town Hall Garden is a striking and well maintained location for your ceremony. The gardens is divided by a set of stairs where the garden slopes down to another level, this provides two options for ceremony locations. The lower part of the garden is suitable for larger weddings and has a large flat lawn area, asmall pond and a fountain. The top area features a rose garden with a hedge border surrounding each garden bed and perfect for a small wedding and it’s centre feature is a pond with a small fountain.The top of the garden is secluded from the road by a trellis walkway covered with roses. The colour of the lawns in this garden are magnificent and at the bottom end there are a number of large old trees to offer shade. Parking is available roadside or in the library car park located next door. The garden is on a quiet road so traffic noise is limited. There are limited photographic opportunities

This enormous park location has as much history as it does character. Originally built to display the historical style of gardens in the 1900′s, the garden lays on an old creek bed with rolling landscapes and slopes. The elevated wooden rotunda was built in 1909. The rotunda is large enough for an intimate gathering or suitable for photographic opportunities after the ceremony. With an abundance of shading, on-site amenities and a short stroll from the trendy Mailing Road, this site is perfect for a garden wedding ceremony of any size. Immediate access and ample guest parking may be found in the railway parking area adjacent to this location.

The Arboretum is an extremely popular location for outdoor weddings and photographs. It has many beautiful plants which make for a beautiful ceremony. It has an expansive lawn area to host your ceremony. The Arboretum was named in honour of Dame Elisabeth Murdoch in recognition of her contribution to the building of the garden. The garden is looked after well, however often there is a lot of road noise from Cranbourne-Frankston Road.

The Walled Garden is a wonderful location for small weddings, the Grand Stairs give a more formal ceremony and the Australian Garden is the perfect location for a casual wedding.
